**Features** In the compact type, the amount of aberration in the measurement optical system does not affect the measurement results, allowing for high-precision detection of aberrations below 0.01λ. There are no restrictions on the range of focal lengths of the samples that can be measured. When targeting imaging systems, the focus stage can accommodate a movement range of EFL +1 to 50 mm as standard.
