Improving the mirror-like quality, scratch resistance, and coating durability of mirror ink, and achieving vibrant mirror surfaces by combining it with TOC-HF.
MIX-HF ink is a special overprint ink designed for TOC-HF ink and MIR mirror ink. Typically, the mirror layer formed by printing mirror ink on polycarbonate substrates becomes cloudy when overprinted with standard screen ink, but using MIX-HF ink prevents the mirror from becoming cloudy. Additionally, MIR mirror ink alone is prone to scratches and has insufficient durability, but overprinting with MIX-HF ink improves scratch resistance and provides the necessary durability. It can be printed on polycarbonate and treated PET materials, and when combined with TOC-HF ink and the MIR mirror ink series, it offers excellent opacity, allowing for the formation of a mirror finish equivalent to silver vapor-deposited film, making it suitable for applications in display panels for home appliances, membrane switches, and other products.
