basic information
■High vacuum…Achieved pressure: ×10^1Pa Connected to an oil rotary vacuum pump to achieve high vacuum levels, providing clean heating treatment in a vacuum chamber with extremely low leakage. ■Vacuum level measurement possible Gauge port (for φ15) installed to set a Pirani vacuum gauge sensor. Structure allows confirmation of vacuum levels (Pa values) that cannot be read by Bourdon tube vacuum gauges. ■All stainless steel construction The vacuum chamber is made of SUS304. All vacuum components, including valves and vacuum piping, are made of SUS304 or 316. Sealing materials are made of Teflon, Viton, and silicone, significantly improving strength and corrosion resistance. ■Program function With a programmable controller, two patterns of program operation with 10 segments each are possible. ■Easy temperature control The controller automatically sets the PID values suitable for the processing temperature, making temperature control in the vacuum chamber easy and reliable. ■Modular control circuit The integrated unit panel control circuit allows for easy replacement and repair of components by pulling out each unit. ■Safety and maintenance 1. Enhanced safety measures including independent dual overheat prevention functions for the temperature controller and overheat protector, as well as self-diagnosis functions. 2. A clear observation window made of reinforced glass, equipped with a transparent resin protective cover for added safety.
