No pre-processing or post-processing is required at all. It is equipped with weather resistance that was not present in the Alma Mark. It meets the necessary requirements for weather resistance/UV resistance, abrasion resistance, high temperature, salt spray, chemical resistance, MIL-130, and MIL-DTL-15024F. We also accept custom processing cut to the size you desire. We adopt low-cost mold processing for both small and large lots. For more details, please refer to the brochure.

The surface of the board is standard black. The board sizes are available in three types: 254x305 / 305x508 / 508x610 (mm), with two thickness options of 0.13t / 0.5t. There is also an option for double-sided tape. If customers wish to process the boards themselves, the above sizes are sold in cases of five pieces each. Outdoor weather resistance: 2500 hours of UV/climate accelerated testing with Q-Sun XE-3/HS. Abrasion environment: 4000 cycle surface polishing test with CS17/1kg. High-temperature environment: 371 degrees / hour. Marine environment: 30 days of salt spray / ASTM B117. Corrosion/chemical environment: 96 hours of MIL-STD-810G with several chemicals. Flexible option: 3M high-performance double-sided tape (standard included). Flexible thickness: 0.13t: can be applied to curved surfaces. Pre-processing available: We can process to the desired size (additional processing fee applies). Acceptable laser settings: Provides MIL-SPEC grade "A" with simple settings. Anodizing treatment: Reduces damage from excessive laser exposure. Matte finish: Reduces reflection in strong sunlight (bright light) areas, preventing decreased readability.
