It is possible to multiplex up to 8 TS (Transport Streams) using an MPEG2 TS multiplexer (MUX) for terrestrial digital broadcasting.
This device is a multiplexer (MUX) that can multiplex up to 8 inputs of TS. The output can produce MPEG2-TS or broadcast TS as specified in Chapter 5 of the "ARIB STD-B31 Version 1.5" standard by the Association of Radio Industries and Businesses. It has additional features for PSI/SI, PID block, PID value modification, and other functions.

basic information
【Features】 - It has 8 ASI inputs, each capable of receiving MPEG2-TS. - There are 2 ASI outputs (with the same output content), which can be used in either MPEG2-TS output mode (100kbps to 40Mbps) or broadcast TS output mode (32.5Mbps). - The modulation mode during broadcast TS output and the transmission parameters for each layer can be freely set within the range specified in ARIB STD-B31 version 1.5. - It has a PID remapping function, allowing for PID reassignment and PID block settings. When in broadcast TS output mode, output layer settings can be configured. - PSI/SI insertion is possible (up to 32 packets). TOT insertion is also possible, and it can synchronize time with an NTP server. The TOT time can be set with a maximum offset of 60 seconds in 100 msec increments.
