This is a fading simulator capable of evaluating multipath in terrestrial digital broadcasting.
This device is a low-cost fading simulator specialized for broadcasting, designed to be used in combination with the multi-system digital signal generators (3535A/3513B) and ISDB system signal generators (3532B/3511C). It has 40 paths and can accommodate not only the 20-path model profile of the 3GPP standard but also more than that. Additionally, it has a built-in noise generator that can superimpose noise onto the signal after fading processing.

basic information
**Features** The fading path count has 40 paths, and it can support not only the 20-path model profile of the 3GPP standard but also a greater number of paths. - Despite its compact size, it is equipped with dedicated keys and a numeric keypad, and it uses a 40-character, 4-line trend display tube, allowing for standalone operation just like conventional models. - The input IF center frequency ranges from 36 to 44 MHz (10 kHz steps). It can be easily connected to our multi-system digital signal generator (3513B) and ISDB system signal generator (3511C). - It can process all terrestrial digital broadcast signals, including DVB-T/H, ATSC, ISDB-T, DMB-TH, and ADTB-T. - The absolute delay amount for each path is ±1 ms (minimum delay resolution 1 ns), phase setting is ±180° (final resolution 1°), and attenuation ranges from 0 to 50 dB (minimum resolution 0.1 dB). - Rayleigh waves can be realized for all paths. Additionally, the Doppler frequency can be set from 1 Hz to 2000 Hz (minimum resolution 0.1 Hz). - It has a built-in noise generator. The C/N setting range is from 0 to 40 dB (minimum resolution 0.1 dB).

Company information
We are a development-oriented technology company celebrating our 48th anniversary, with 80% of our employees being engineers. We handle everything from development and design to production and sales (with overseas sales through agents) independently. Our direct subsidiary, Elena Electronics Co., Ltd., is involved in the manufacturing and sales of measurement instruments related to electromagnetic waves, while our affiliated company, Koyo Measuring Instruments Co., Ltd., specializes in assembly and wiring, leveraging its expertise. Under the digital revolution, we are a specialized company developing transmission equipment and AV devices that transcend the boundaries of broadcasting and telecommunications, as well as testing signal and measurement instruments, and centralized signal equipment for factory production. Since our founding, we have honed our high-frequency, analog, and digital technologies ahead of the times, and our products are active in the broadcasting and telecommunications fields in over 30 countries worldwide, including satellite broadcasting, terrestrial broadcasting, mobile communications, optical communications, and CATV. We are fully equipped to respond to the digitalization of TV broadcasting worldwide, not only developing and producing TV test signal generators and measuring instruments, and field reproduction test equipment, but also in recent years, developing and producing area one-segment related devices, in-house/self-broadcasting, and digital signage related equipment. Moving forward, we intend to leverage our accumulated technological capabilities to introduce high-value-added products in various fields.
