■High Vacuum…Achievable Pressure: ×10^1Pa A high level of vacuum can be achieved as a standalone exhaust system for an oil rotary vacuum pump. It provides clean heating treatment in a vacuum chamber with extremely low leakage. ■Efficient Exhaust The valve and piping diameters are set according to the intake diameter of the vacuum pump, shortening the exhaust time through efficient exhaust. ■Vacuum Level Measurement Possible It comes with a gauge port (for φ15) that can accommodate a Pirani vacuum gauge sensor. ■Easy Temperature Control The adjusting device automatically sets the PID values suitable for the processing temperature, making temperature control inside the vacuum chamber easy and reliable. ■Safety and Maintenance 1. Enhanced safety measures with independent dual overheat prevention functions for the temperature controller and overheat preventer, as well as a self-diagnosis function. 2. A protective cover made of resin is installed on the easily visible observation window, improving safety. 3. DQ-P (pump-integrated type)…In addition to the manual valve, it is equipped with a main solenoid valve and a pump leak solenoid valve, which close the main solenoid valve to isolate the vacuum chamber side during power outages while opening the pump leak valve to prevent pump oil backflow. ■High-temperature types of MAX 350℃, 450℃, and 600℃ (internal heating type) are also available.
