Stainless steel guide vanes ● The guide vanes are the lifeblood of the multi-cyclone, so they are attached. Stainless steel is used considering wear resistance. 3. No dust accumulation area ● A funnel has been installed to eliminate flat areas between cyclone elements. 4. Can incorporate an air jet cleaning device ● Automatic cleaning is performed during operation by a sequence controller. ■Features Dust-laden gas is introduced and dispersed into each cyclone element. The gas is accelerated as it passes through the guide vanes, creating a powerful downward swirling flow within the cyclone, which then reverses and rises in the conical section. During this process, the dust is subjected to strong centrifugal force, reaching the outer cylinder, and further descends along with the swirling flow, being discharged through the opening at the bottom of the conical section. Meanwhile, the reversed swirling flow spirals upward through the center of the cyclone and is expelled as clean gas through the orifice and exhaust duct.
