The sinus filter "FN 5020" effectively reduces dv/dt noise generated by the IGBT of the inverter (in compliance with DIN VDE 0530). It converts the PWM output voltage of the motor drive (normal mode) into a sine waveform. It reduces motor stress caused by dv/dt noise, overvoltage, motor heating, and eddy current losses.
