We have newly released a handy connector for roller pumps, applying the technology of our PEEK handy connectors. This connector is designed for Tygon tubes and silicone tubes with an outer diameter of 3 mm. There are various handy connectors available depending on pressure resistance. In particular, the pressure-resistant connector can withstand pressures of 100 KPa or more and is intended for tubes with an inner diameter of 1.5 mm. The various connectors have significantly improved the pressure resistance and applicability of Tygon and silicone tubes. It is now possible to connect Tygon tubes by hand-tightening, and the pressure-resistant connectors allow for a secure connection that can withstand pressure. Please note that the inner diameter of the tube can be reduced to 0.75 mm at the pressure-resistant connector section. Additionally, the handy connector can be used not only for Tygon tubes but also as a connector for silicone tubes and Meditubes with an outer diameter of Φ3 mm, capable of handling pressures below 50 KPa. When combined with our bottle caps, it can be used for connections in pressurized reagent containers, greatly expanding the applications of liquid delivery systems using silicone and Tygon tubes.

Bottle cap for Tygon tube This bottle cap enables liquid transfer from a reagent bottle using pressurized delivery with your Tygon tube. It allows for easier liquid transfer compared to a squeeze pump, using the same Tygon tube.
