Traditionally, Si-PIN detectors were used in portable total reflection fluorescent X-ray devices, but by equipping them with SDD, we were able to improve the PB ratio and enhance the analysis sensitivity for light elements. This presentation will introduce sensitivity comparisons with SDD, evaluations of X-ray waveguides, and improvements in quantitativeness and application examples using drip support fixtures.
