"Shizuka" is a measurement system that utilizes a noise plenum for small fans, as specified in the JBMS 72 series. Centered around the Tsukuba Rika Seiki Co., Ltd. F4115 series "noise plenum," it has been further expanded to enable easy measurement of noise, vibration, and shaft power. This series targets fan motors (types where the motor and fan are directly connected). When using this series, it is assumed that the PQ performance of the fan being tested has already been measured using a fan airflow and low airflow measurement system, and that the motor input is known through the shaft power measurement system. 【Features】 ○ Noise plenum compliant with JBMS 72 / ISO 10302 standards ○ Made of aluminum, regardless of size, it uses 38μm polystyrene film and a t5mm rubber sheet at the fan mounting section. The t5mm rubber sheet cannot be changed due to the nature of the standards, so ingenuity is required for measuring with micro fans. ○ Options A/B allow for electric operation of the damper, which is convenient when operating from outside while the plenum is installed in an anechoic chamber. ○ Equipped with an opening degree meter, allowing for external confirmation of the opening degree. ○ The electric mechanism is manually operated via a control panel. ○ Damper opening degree has an analog output of 0-5V/100%. ○ Option PR allows for measurement of static pressure rotation speed. ○ To correlate PQ data, it is necessary to measure the static pressure and rotation speed of the test fan using this plenum. ○ Static pressure is specified in the range of 1-5V/FS, with a range of ±200Pa to ±1000Pa. ○ Rotation speed is output via RS232c. ○ Choose either FG pulse or optical sensor. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
