The counter-pressure molding method is a type of gas-assisted molding that prevents shrinkage in thick-walled molded products, allowing for a wide range of wall thickness settings. By maintaining a high pressure of 5 to 15 MPa inside the high-pressure tank, we can quickly achieve the desired gas pressure within the mold cavity, and if necessary, increase the pressure within the mold cavity, resulting in enhanced foaming performance during decompression and excellent mold reproducibility, as well as improved surface smoothness.
