The oil-sealed potentiometer is a long-life, high-reliability product that was first developed and commercialized in our country. It is unaffected by special environments, such as those with harmful salt, humidity, or organic gases. Additionally, the contact resistance remains stable over long periods, and the rotational life characteristics are very long. For this reason, it is ideal for automatic control in ships, coastal electrical facilities, mines, steel mills, chemical plants, underground unmanned equipment, NC machine tools, and more. There are three types of elements used: a stable wire-wound type, a long-life and high-speed responsive conductive plastic type, and a hybrid type that incorporates the advantages of both wire-wound and conductive plastic types. Furthermore, the oil used is a special mineral oil, posing no risk of pollution.
