The "Cooling Roll CRN" is an optimal heat exchanger for cooling and heating various containers in brewing and food factories. It can also be used for snow melting and freeze prevention at point switching sections of railways. The new type Cooling Roll Model 3 features three EPDM rubber plates, each with a width of 300mm, thickness of 8mm, and 47 thin tubes with a diameter of 4.5mm running through them, with headers on both sides. 【Features】 ○ Uses special EPDM rubber optimal for heat exchange, providing excellent adhesion to the container. ○ The heat transfer coefficient is high, ranging from 28 to 35 W/m²°C for slurry systems and 35 to 50 W/m²°C for clear water, nearly equivalent to that of jacketed containers in thermal conductivity. ○ Due to its continuous thin tube structure, it can be used at pressures below 150 kPa, and there is minimal pressure loss for cold water and brine. ○ The header and heat exchange sections are integrally constructed with vulcanized connections, eliminating concerns about leaks.
