"Super Core" is a non-oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent high-frequency characteristics, uniquely developed by JFE Steel Corporation. It has achieved a silicon (Si) content of 6.5%, which was previously considered impossible, making low noise, low loss, and high permeability possible. It is being adopted in various fields, including high-frequency reactors, active filters for power factor improvement, and more recently, boost circuits for hybrid vehicles, and its applications are continuing to expand.

Ideal for low iron loss and low noise (zero magnetostriction) in high-frequency applications. ■JNHF - Thickness: 0.10mm, 0.20mm - Standard code: 10JNHF600, 20JNHF1300 - Features: A silicon steel sheet with a silicon content of 6.5% only on the surface. Exhibits even lower iron loss than JNEX in high-frequency ranges exceeding 5kHz. ■JNRF (New product in 2020) - Thickness: 0.10mm, 0.20mm - Standard code: 10JNRF, 20JNRF - Features: Achieves both "reduction of high-frequency iron loss" and "improvement of magnetic flux density," enabling significant efficiency improvements in motors.
