This contactless potentiometer has a lifespan that is virtually permanent, no sliding noise, high-speed tracking capability, infinite resolution, and is hardly affected by external magnetic fields, among various other excellent characteristics. It is particularly suitable for use as a rotational angle detection sensor and mechanical linear displacement sensor in various mechatronics and robotic devices, medical equipment, and measurement and control instruments.
