12-bit resolution digital oscilloscope
The WaveRunner HRO 6Zi series is a general-purpose oscilloscope with a vertical resolution of 12 bits. By adopting a 12-bit operating A/D converter and reducing operational noise, it enables clearer waveform measurements, allowing for precise measurement results in fields such as medical device design, automotive, power supplies, or mechatronics that were not achievable with conventional oscilloscopes.

"Waveforms that were previously invisible are now visible! 16 times the vertical resolution compared to conventional methods." A 12-bit vertical resolution provides 16 times the resolution compared to 8-bit. The 4,096 levels of resolution reduce quantization error and improve voltage accuracy. Low-resolution waveforms represent higher levels of quantization error, while high-resolution waveforms represent the actual waveform more accurately. ■ Vertical resolution: 12 bits ■ Ultra-low noise: S/N ratio 55dB ■ Wide offset range: ±200V ■ Two bandwidth options: 400MHz and 600MHz ■ Equipped with 2GS/s and up to 256M points of memory
