It is a high-security product with a CP mark made of the strongest resin laminated glass.
The security glass "Hercules 5" is the strongest anti-burglary laminated glass ever made. It uses a urethane-based resin, HERCULES RESIN MI-41, for the interlayer. It is equivalent to glass that has passed the Australian Standard 2343:1997 Bomb Blast - Hand Grenade HE High Explosive HG85 test. As a "shield against blast waves," it prevents damage from shock waves caused by explosions and protects against countless fragments generated by explosives. This blast-proof test involves detonating a hand grenade HG85 at ground level, 1 meter away from the glass, and then detonating another HG85 1 foot away to test whether the glass can withstand penetration, demonstrating its high blast resistance. Our company develops the strongest security glass in the country, including explosion-proof and bulletproof glass. During performance tests conducted upon delivery at the request of the Ministry of Defense, we received very high evaluations. The residential security glass "Hercules 3" excels in penetration resistance compared to the highest level of other manufacturers (according to the Glass Association standards: P5A) and is cost-effective. While typical laminated glass is manufactured under "high temperature and high pressure," requiring a large amount of energy, Hercules laminated glass can be produced under "normal temperature and normal pressure," contributing to CO2 emission reduction and carbon neutrality.
