The sound waves generated by the built-in speaker at the top of the device vibrate the diaphragm at the top of the sieve and the fines collector at the bottom, creating vertical air movement within the overlapping sieve that allows for rapid and more accurate screening. By using a specially designed 3-inch (approximately 75mm) transparent acrylic frame sieve, the operator can visually determine the appropriate air vibration level during testing, which helps in confirming the screening conditions.
