For precision sheet metal part prototypes, please leave it to our company.
We utilize precision laser processing and wire processing machines to manufacture prototype parts and precision sheet metal components before press mass production. In the production of prototype parts before mass production, we also accept the creation of simple one-punch dies, not just curved shapes, so please use this for prototype experiments, including solder wettability. Please download the catalog for information about our machines.

Leveraging our extensive prototyping experience in the field of thin precision sheet metal for products such as printers, projectors, and mobile phone components, we are confident in providing parts with short lead times and high precision. We primarily manufacture sheet metal parts ranging from the size of a thumbnail to that of a basketball, and we can accommodate small batch prototyping starting from one piece, as well as semi-production for quantities of around 500 to 1000 pieces without the need for progressive or single-use molds. We are also flexible in responding to inquiries about custom processing, including production from illustrations and outlines, as well as additional processing for jigs, cases, and covers. We can coordinate post-processing such as plating, buff polishing, and painting. Please feel free to consult with us.
