ARR version (polybutadiene version) ultrasonic cleaning device
Although we have delivered numerous APR version ultrasonic cleaning devices, Blue Star R&D has further developed conventional technology and proposes a new, low-cost, precision cleaning system. Recently, the cleaning technology that transitions from NMP to water in the APR version has been widely used; however, our technical advisor, Shibano, in collaboration with a former executive of an APR version manufacturing company, has successfully developed this cleaning technology for the first time in the industry. Currently, by using wideband simultaneous oscillation ultrasonic waves ranging from 50 kHz to 275 kHz with a cavitation enhancement system, we enable stable, precise, and high-speed cleaning of APR versions.

[APR Version One-Cycle Vertical Movement Ultrasonic Cleaning Device] Set the APR version in the jig. Turn on the automatic start switch. The APR version is inserted into a thin ultrasonic tank with a standard depth of 105 mm and a width that has an opening of 100 mm plus the jig for the plate, where ultrasonic cleaning is performed. There is only this one cleaning tank. Inside, NMP ultrasonic cleaning and water rinse ultrasonic cleaning are conducted. [APR Version Two-Tank Automatic Ultrasonic Cleaning and Drying Device (Manual/Automatic)] The pure water ultrasonic rinse cleaning of the APR version one-cycle automatic cleaning device is not performed in the same tank but in a dedicated pure water ultrasonic tank with a cavity reinforcement system. This two-tank automatic APR version ultrasonic cleaning device performs liquid drainage drying during the ascent.
