Core of the Virtual Prototype Simulation System (VPSS)
At Sanken Industrial, we are eliminating the "unreasonable," "wasteful," and "uneven" practices that tend to arise from reliance on intuition and experience by implementing "efficiency" and "visualization of the factory" through state-of-the-art equipment. This can lead to an "environmental conservation system." The core of the Virtual Prototype Simulation System (VPSS) is the "Automated Warehouse MARS." It efficiently automates the storage, transportation, and management of materials and semi-finished products, enabling 24-hour operation of the factory in conjunction with the NCT cell. Currently, there are nine rows of shelves (racks). The designated shelves or inbound/outbound conveyors move pallets using a lift-type traversing cart (stacker crane). All motors for traveling, lifting, and transferring are controlled by inverters, ensuring smooth operation during startup and movement. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

We want to be a company that values people and nature, gains trust in society, and contributes to the community. Furthermore, we believe that "monozukuri" (manufacturing) begins with "hitozukuri" (human development). Currently, the global environment is a pressing issue. By raising awareness together, we believe there are things we can do. In October 2006, Sunken Industries obtained the international environmental standard ISO 14001. Eliminating waste and embracing the spirit of "mottainai" (a sense of regret over waste) is important for improving the environment and for corporate management. Since the IT revolution, the industry has undergone significant changes in the context of globalization. Given these times, we want to ensure we do not fall behind in equipment and technology, and we aim to capture and respond to information effectively.
