The SMS high voltage IP type is a finger-proof connector rated for 500V. It complies with European railway standards NFF61030, vehicle fire resistance standards NFF16101 & NFF16102, I3/F2, and CEN/TS 45-545.

There are two versions: IP67 type and IP20 (unprotected). The IP67 type comes with an interfacial seal and grommet pre-installed. There are various mounting options, such as fixing to rod-shaped objects on the side of the panel, the top of the panel, and the handle. The stainless steel latch mechanism allows for a click sound to confirm the lock, making it easy to handle.
