Radiant tube type U/W, capable of use up to 1250℃, achieving long life, low maintenance, and improved production efficiency.
The radiant U/W tubes come in three different designs. Based on factors such as lifespan, furnace atmosphere, and temperature, we propose radiant tubes made of either Kantal APM(T), chromium-nickel steel, or a combination of the two, so that our customers can achieve the optimal cost-effectiveness.

basic information
□Type & Features□ ○Cantal APM(T) Radiant Tube - Possibility of achieving higher temperatures in the furnace - Excellent shape stability at high temperatures, usable up to a tube surface temperature of 1250°C - Strong resistance to carburizing, sulfidizing, and other atmospheres - Forms a high-quality oxide film (alumina) on the surface - Minimizes troubles caused by scale - Oxide film that hardly peels off ○Cantal APM(T)/Chromium-Nickel Steel Combination Radiant Tube - Usable even under harsh conditions - Cantal APM(T) is used for the first straight pipe near the burner, while chromium-nickel steel is used for the curved section and subsequent second straight pipe ○Chromium-Nickel Steel Radiant Tube - Applicable when conditions are not too harsh in the medium to high temperature range (up to tube surface temperature of 1100°C) - Highly effective in carburizing and nitriding atmospheres ■Applications■ ○Low-maintenance radiant tube ■Benefits■ ○Long lifespan ○Low maintenance ○Improved production efficiency ■Available Sizes■ ○Outer diameter 100-198 mm, thickness 5-9 mm (varies by tube diameter) For more details, please contact our sales department.
