You can choose from two types of sponge materials (CR and EPDM). ● CR… has a fine foam structure and possesses versatile properties such as oil resistance, chemical resistance, and weather resistance. ● EPDM… has a coarser foam structure compared to CR and exhibits excellent solvent resistance. The sponge hardness mainly ranges from 20° to 50°. Depending on the product dimensions, it can accommodate hardness from 15° to 60°. Manufacturable dimensions: Total length… up to 2500mm Face length… up to 1500mm Sponge outer diameter… up to 350mm Sponge thickness… approximately 5mm to 30mm The product price varies based on material, hardness, and dimensions.
