It is possible to achieve a gloss equivalent to that of electroless nickel plating with small surface irregularities. (Note: with the same film thickness)
Electroless nickel plating is suitable for processing large products. We aim for uniform film thickness and improved product appearance. We can plate all areas, including the interiors of pipes, among other applications. Our equipment can handle a maximum processing size of 3,800mm × 3,200mm × 300mm and a maximum weight of 3.6t, allowing us to accommodate everything from small products to oversized items, including FPD device components. Founded in 1933 (Showa 8) as "Maeda Plating Industry," we celebrated our 90th anniversary this year, 2023 (Reiwa 5). During this time, we have been responsible for surface treatment for major companies expanding not only locally but also within the prefecture. Due to the characteristics of Kyushu and Kumamoto, we focus on surface treatment for semiconductor manufacturing equipment parts, FPD manufacturing equipment parts, and tools used in semiconductor manufacturing processes, all of which require strict quality standards. We maintain a thorough inspection system from incoming product scratch inspections to shipping inspections. Additionally, our zinc plating services cater to mass-produced items such as motorcycle and automotive parts. We are also actively engaged in in-house development, conducting unique treatments such as the electrostatic countermeasure Cosmo Coat and the ultra-hard anodizing E-Mite UH.
