When we received the drawing, we initially planned to machine the boss as a separate piece (to be created with a pen lathe and pressed in), but upon confirming with the customer before production, we learned that the boss would bear weight, so separate piece machining was not acceptable. We design and manufacture tools and jigs used at customer sites. We also handle the creation of 3D data from sketches and product manufacturing. In processing, we primarily cater to various advanced technical requirements for automotive electrical components, testing jigs, optical device parts, aircraft parts, medical device parts, and racing car parts. We respond to requests for prototype and part processing of aluminum using machining centers (MC) from one piece to medium production (in units of 100). For processing that we cannot handle, such as lathe processing, we utilize our network. We also accommodate online meetings using tools like ZOOM. Please feel free to contact us. We will listen to your requirements, determine specifications, and proceed with the design. We will provide the proposed content as 3D CAD data, and to facilitate information sharing, we will also provide 3D PDF data that can be viewed on PCs without CAD applications. CAD-compatible files include DXF, IGES, and STEP.
