You can perform four tasks related to gypsum board installation with one tool: - Make cuts on the board surface. - Separate the backing paper. - Sand the cut edges. - Chamfer the joints. This helps prevent serious labor accidents and incidents caused by exposed utility knives. It is a product born from the voices of craftsmen, prioritizing safety and improving the work environment. - Since the blade of the cutter only extends about 1 to 2 mm, the likelihood of serious accidents occurring is reduced. - Using a carbide blade means it lasts longer than a standard utility knife blade, eliminating the hassle of breaking blades and producing waste from broken blades. It is compatible with commercially available large utility knives (blade width 18 mm). - It is also possible to attach commercially available large utility knife replacement blades to the Craftsman's Tiger. (The file is a dedicated blade.) - It is also possible to attach our carbide replacement blades to commercially available large utility knives. (This is limited to the use of the blade tip only. While there are countless potential applications, if the usage precautions are not followed, the blade's performance will not be fully realized.)

Our tests have shown that a 900mm wide hard board (Yoshino Gypsum's Super Hard Board, t12mm) can be cut over 5,000 times with a single blade. - We also use carbide for the files, and while we were concerned about weight, clogging, and lifespan, we believe you will enjoy the filing process with a different method than before. - The beautiful beveling that only skilled craftsmen could achieve can now be done by anyone with the help of the Craftsman Tiger. - This is good news not only for those working with gypsum boards but also for those using commercially available large cutters. For customers who only use the blade tip, by attaching our carbide replacement blade, careful usage is required, but it is guaranteed to last longer. It is used for cutting and notching materials such as paper, fabric, wallpaper, leather, film, rubber sheets, plastic models, and more.
