JJYFM-PK simultaneously acquires time information from NHK-FM broadcasting and radio-controlled clocks. If FM cannot be received, the radio-controlled clock will be used; if the radio-controlled clock cannot be received, FM will be used, enhancing time accuracy with both receptions. When receiving the radio-controlled clock signal, the front panel displays the reception level in four stages, making the reception status clear at a glance.
