ATM Shield is a low-cost glass coating that replaces fluoropolymer coatings and excels in weather resistance, stain resistance, and corrosion resistance. It has high adhesion and can be applied to any material other than fluoropolymer coatings. Compared to high-quality fluoropolymer paints, it does not require primer application, resulting in material costs being about one-third, and the painting process only requires one labor step, dramatically cutting construction costs and work time. The reduction in workdays significantly compresses the downtime of facilities, greatly contributing to the convenience of clients and the productivity of contractors. Features of ATM Shield: 1. Excellent weather resistance, stain resistance, and chemical resistance. 2. Strong against acid rain and nitrogen/sulfur oxides, with robust salt damage resistance. 3. Uses of ATM Shield 1. Globally, solar panels are generally installed inland to avoid corrosion of structures and performance degradation due to salt damage, but with ATM Shield, installation in coastal areas, which are easier to level, is possible. There is also "ATM Armor," which has self-cleaning and self-repairing capabilities. 2. Improvement of durability for exterior walls, roofs, and rooftop coatings of buildings, houses, and apartments, as well as waterproof sheets. 3. Strong acid resistance that blocks acid rain and corrosive geothermal gases, preserving the performance and aesthetics of equipment. 4. Extending the lifespan of bridges, concrete structures, vehicles, plants, and equipment. Precautions for ATM Shield Installation 1. Before installation, please read the product handling instructions and understand the procedures before proceeding with the work. 2. Remove any adhering substances such as contaminants and oil films from the surface of the material through polishing or degreasing to completely eliminate any dirt. Stubborn scales and rust can be removed using glass polishing materials or our PREX remover. 3. Measure the mixing ratio of the main agent, hardener, and diluent accurately according to the instructions in the handling guide.
