- The product features a multi-diaphragm structure, and its sensitivity characteristics are ultra-high sensitivity, ranging from 31 Pa to 127 Pa, due to its appropriate area and flexible material. - This product is used in various applications, including control of sample gas introduction systems for analytical devices, transport system control, various testing devices, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and control of vulcanization machines in tire factories. - There are two methods of use. One method involves piping on the outside of a vacuum container to send atmospheric or positive pressure to the vacuum side, or it can be installed in a bypass system between the vacuum container and the vacuum pump. - Additionally, with other piping methods, this product can also accommodate control requirements that span both positive and negative pressure ranges, depending on the application.

Dual Pressure Regulator for Positive and Negative Pressure Models 16 and 1600A series are dual-purpose types that can be set for both vacuum and positive pressure. Both vacuum and positive pressure can be precisely controlled due to their high sensitivity characteristics, and they can accommodate various applications by selecting the appropriate piping connection. Fig. 2 shows the connection method for vacuum only, where responsiveness and exhaust speed are related solely to the capacity of the vacuum pump. This connection allows for rapid setting. Fig. 3 shows the piping for dual pressure settings.
