Spray independent pressure adjustment mechanism When the patterning surface is on the top side, the flow rate of the surface varies due to liquid pooling on the substrate. To improve the in-plane uniformity during etching and developing processes, the spray water pressure on the top side can be individually adjusted.

M-ITO Product Sample This is a sample image of a product using M-ITO substrate in the intermediate process. The line spacing (L/S) for the peripheral frame wiring (bezel wiring) can be mass-produced at approximately 30/30 when using a dry film with a thickness of 15 μm.
