Since it is a water-based inorganic heat-resistant paint that does not use organic solvents, pollution-free painting is possible even within facilities. Features of Thermis: 1. High heat resistance and water resistance. 2. The dried film poses no risk of ignition or flammability, and does not generate harmful smoke. 3. Being completely inorganic, it has good moisture permeability and high condensation prevention effects. 4. It does not generate static electricity, preventing dirt from adhering due to static. 5. Because it contains no organic materials, it has less pollution from air contaminants and exhaust gases, and is inactive against enzymes such as mold, resulting in high antibacterial effectiveness. How to Use Thermis 1. Ensure the substrate is thoroughly dried, and if the substrate is deteriorated, perform a degreasing treatment with IPA, alcohol, etc. *If the substrate has a glossy surface, a pre-treatment with a sandblaster or sandpaper is necessary. 2. Carefully mix the settled filler. *Before mixing, please prepare a container with at least double the volume. *The mixing ratio of heat cut powder to Thermis is a maximum of volume 1:1. For vertical surfaces or pipes, mixing at a dilution of about 1:2 makes it easier to apply. *First, transfer the Thermis and thoroughly dissolve the settled fibrous material before adding the heat cut powder and stirring. *Thermis contains just under 1% thickening agent, but adding a small amount can increase the mixing amount of heat cut powder. 3. Apply using a brush, roller, or airless gun. Use a tip size of 2.5 to 3.0 mm for the airless gun. 4. Touch dry at room temperature takes about 30 minutes. Recoating should be done after touch dry. If forced drying is performed, it is preferable to keep it below 100 degrees.

Caution for Thermis Application ● When applying with a spray gun, please clean the equipment with fresh water after use. ● There is no usable time limit for the paint, but please seal it tightly when not in use. ● Once opened, materials must be sealed tightly and stored away from direct sunlight and rain.
