The STI curved surface adhesive vacuum press can bond sheets such as olefin sheets, PET sheets, PVC sheets, and veneer to components with three-dimensional curves and irregularities (such as MDF and wood) without using wooden molds, metal molds, or resin molds. It incorporates a vacuum device from the lower table and is equipped with a hydraulic mechanism that allows for heating air (0 to 0.8 Mps) using high-strength silicone rubber sheets from the upper heating section, ensuring uniform pressure and vacuum can be applied regardless of where the component is placed. Additionally, to prevent air leakage associated with air pressure, it is equipped with a specially baked (special rubber + steel plate + special rubber) packing frame.
