Fluororesin (PTFE) seals that meet harsh demands from high temperatures to extreme low temperatures, from ultra-high pressure to high vacuum! They contribute to increased productivity due to their long lifespan.
OmniSeal is a high-performance sealing solution from SAINT-GOBAIN PERFORMANCE PLASTICS that combines PTFE and corrosion-resistant metal springs. Originally developed as a seal for rocket fuel systems, OmniSeal is now widely used in medical devices, analytical instruments, and food machinery, as well as in general industrial applications such as oil and pneumatic equipment, pumps, and valves. 【Features】 ■ Resistant to almost all chemicals (acids, alkalis, organic solvents, etc.) ■ Usable from -250°C in extreme low temperatures to 300°C in high temperatures ■ Usable from ultra-high vacuum of 10^-8 Pa to ultra-high pressure of 200 MPa ■ Suitable for both dynamic and static applications, with low friction and long lifespan for dynamic use ■ Small cross-sectional dimensions require less installation space *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Teflon® Packing and Seal Teflon seals (packing and gaskets) refer to sealing components made primarily from fluororesin. Their performance is excellent in heat and cold resistance, and they are not affected by various fluids (liquids and gases), including general chemical agents and solvents, allowing them to be used under harsh conditions from vacuum to high pressure. Additionally, their non-stick and low-friction properties make them suitable for dynamic applications, and their ability to be used as seals for extended periods is one of their significant features. However, they are prone to wear and can easily deform (creep) under high temperature and high pressure, so it is common to fill them with materials such as fiberglass, molybdenum disulfide, graphite, and carbon fiber to mitigate these effects. In design, attention is needed regarding the structure of the device, surface treatment and hardening of sliding parts, and the structure and material selection of the seal (packing and gasket). Particularly, selecting seals requires extensive knowledge and experience. Please feel free to consult us when considering your options.
