The HT2 series vacuum pads are suction pads made from high-temperature resistant rubber. They were developed as pads for transporting thin steel sheets at high temperatures in processes such as hot forming and hot forging. They can adhere to workpieces at 350°C for short periods and 200°C for longer periods. In addition to being able to replace mechanical clamps, they are made from a markless material that helps prevent suction marks from appearing after painting. The HT2 pads are designed in the same shape as our SA series, which is suitable for transporting thin steel sheets. The unique design of the suction surface in the SA series prevents deformation of the workpieces and allows for high-speed transport, resulting in many successful applications.
