The microwave signal source "PLSS-DD-133-000" is a compact dual-loop PDRD (Phase-Locked DRO). It phase-locks to an external reference frequency input to the built-in 100MHz band VCXO (ultra-low phase noise -120dBc/Hz at 100Hz offset). Therefore, the phase noise level of the PDRD's loop, which phase-locks this 100MHz band VCXO, is not directly affected by the external reference input.
