The anti-slip Tomatter No. 1 is an odorless mixed acid, a special water-soluble solution that does not use petroleum and is non-combustible. The anti-slip Tomatter No. 1 chemically reacts with the glassy material (silica) contained in tiles and stones (hereinafter referred to as "tiles, etc."), and when applied, it dissolves the glassy surface of the tiles, creating numerous tiny diverse grooves on the surface of the tiles, etc. The numerous grooves formed by the anti-slip Tomatter No. 1 create irregularities on the surface of the tiles, etc. (which are usually not visible to the naked eye), preventing a continuous film of water when wet and transforming the surface structure into one that is less slippery.
