The Metal Guard "MG Series" iron powder removal device for valve-less hoppers collects metal wear powder (iron and weakly magnetic materials) mixed in the main material and crushed material using magnets, located under the VL hopper discharge outlet on the molding machine. It can be easily attached to the discharge outlet of the auto-loader/hopper unit (VL-02, VL-07) and allows for easy removal without having to detach the hopper.
