【Features】 1. The main equipment is an annular type vertical disperser. It is equipped with a manufacturing process line that includes raw material input, adjustment for dispersion ink (mixing solvents and additives), filtering, and container filling. 2. The disperser used features an extremely small gap between the rotor and stator. It supports high flow circulation operation, allowing for uniform contact with media such as pigments and fillers, enabling fine particle size reduction. A sharp particle size distribution can be achieved. 3. It can accommodate fine media, allowing for efficient disintegration (dispersion) of pigments and fillers. Additionally, by suppressing the active energy from grinding and controlling it with an optimal dispersion formulation, it is possible to efficiently extract various functions of the fillers. 4. With a large-capacity vertical disperser, it is possible to process powders that require fine particle size down to the nano level in a short time. 5. Color base for coatings / High transparency ink dispersion of carbon black (providing conductivity and opacity) / Dispersion of metal oxides such as titanium dioxide / Slurry for lithium-ion batteries / Pigment dispersion using UV-curable monomers 【Example 1】 High transparency ink Due to the requirement for high transmittance, it is gently dispersed using microbeads. If necessary, it is processed with media of φ0.5 to 1.5mm, followed by reprocessing with media of less than φ0.5mm. 【Example 2】 Dispersion of metal oxides To achieve a uniform dispersion state of fillers, contamination from non-filler materials is minimized during the dispersion manufacturing process.
