A new method to suppress mist emission: Mist Collector!
Industrial Mist Collector for Business Use "EMM3251/cfm" ■Product Description It suctions at a static pressure about several dozen times that of a standard mist collector, maintaining a negative pressure inside the machine tool and creating a situation where mist is less likely to leak outside. It can also suppress the spread of mist during the opening and closing of the machine. Directly filtering the suctioned mist through a filter would require frequent filter replacements, eliminating the possibility of reuse. Since there are no filters considered consumables from the suction inlet to the vacuum turbine, there is minimal reduction in suction power due to clogging, which is expected to reduce running costs.
