Japan Kanomax High-Pressure Clean Air Pressure Reduction Device
High Pressure Clean Air Pressure Reduction Device Model SYS525
Japan Kanomax Co., Ltd. (Chairman Minoru Kano) began selling the high-pressure clean air pressure-reducing device SYS525 in Japan starting March 2012.
The "High-Pressure Clean Air Pressure Reduction Device SYS525" is a pressure reduction device that can reduce the pressure from pressure vessels or piping ranging from a minimum of 100 kPa (1 bar) to a maximum of 800 kPa (8 bar) to atmospheric pressure. By connecting it to a particle counter with a suction flow rate of 2.83 L/min or 28.3 L/min, it enables the measurement of particles contained in high-pressure clean air piping. Standard particle counters are not designed to measure high-pressure air directly at its original pressure. If high-pressure air is connected directly to a particle counter for measurement, there is a risk of damaging the particle counter. This device reduces the high-pressure air to atmospheric pressure using an internal pressure-dispersing reservoir. The air reduced to atmospheric pressure is then branched into two paths: one for the particle counter and the other for excess air, which is expelled as clean air through an exhaust filter.

basic information
The device, in conjunction with a particle counter, enables easy measurement of the cleanliness of high-pressure clean air containing fine particles, which is used in manufacturing processes such as pharmaceutical production and the food industry. *The "High-Pressure Clean Air Decompression Device SYS525" is a product of TOPAS GmbH, a partner of Japan Kanomax. ●Main Features 1. A particle sampling unit that can be directly connected to high-pressure clean air piping (up to 800 kPa). 2. Reduces the air pressure in the piping to atmospheric pressure without dropping the pressure within the high-pressure clean air piping. 3. No pressure impact on the measuring particle counter. 4. Particles collected are drawn in at a constant speed within the device. 5. Compatible with particle counters with suction flow rates of 2.83 L/min or 28.3 L/min.

Founded in 1934 (Showa 9). It is a measurement instrument manufacturer that was the first in Japan to sell a hot-wire anemometer. The company proposes measurement solutions that apply technology for precisely measuring "flows" such as air and water currents, as well as invisible "fine particles." Since the wartime period, it has been entrusted by the government with advanced fundamental research, and its high level of technical expertise is still well-regarded today. Currently, in order to bring a new breeze to the industry, it upholds the corporate philosophy of "Living with originality and innovation," aiming to be the number one hospitality company in the industry.
