The CAPTEC heat flux sensor HF series accurately measures the heat flux (conduction, convection, radiation) that flows in and out of the sensor surface. The sensor is composed of a high-density thin-film thermopile, making it an ideal heat flux sensor with extremely low thermal resistance. Additionally, this sensor has no sensitivity variation due to temperature changes and continuously outputs a DC voltage proportional to the heat flux value. It is available in a flexible type that can be attached to curved surfaces, a rigid type for flat surfaces, and custom designs in various shapes and specifications are also possible.

This sensor outputs a voltage that is always constant in sensitivity and perfectly proportional to the heat flux value, allowing for direct recording of the true heat flux value. Additionally, it is highly sensitive, capable of detecting minute heat fluxes and outputting a high voltage that can be recorded even with general-purpose recording devices. 【Accuracy】 High-precision heat flux measurement requires sensors with lower thermal resistance values. This sensor is made of materials with high thermal conductivity and has a thin profile of 0.4 [mm], minimizing the impact of the thermal environment during measurement.
