Maximum temperature without water cooling: 980℃ High-temperature heat flux sensor
This is a heat flux sensor that can be used in environments up to 980°C without water cooling. It is installed on the surface of the object being measured and accurately measures the heat flux entering and exiting the object. In many cases, it can also be used embedded within the object.

When heat flows in and out of the heat flow plate, a temperature difference occurs between the upper and lower surfaces of the plate. A thermopile is built into the heat flow plate, in contact with both surfaces, generating an electromotive force proportional to the temperature difference. The output voltage can be read with a microvoltmeter. No external power supply is required. Additionally, the thermal resistance value is extremely small, allowing for highly accurate measurements.
