High-precision resin spray nozzle
A nozzle that sprays water from the center. Due to the need for high precision, it was traditionally made from SUS machined nozzles. For the resinification, fine adjustments were made with a central core deviation of ±0.05. Considering chemical resistance, heat resistance, and mechanical strength, resinification was successfully achieved using PPS resin.
