Prepare material A2017B round bar φ19×2500, polished to φ18. The machine is a Nomura type NN20-YB feeding machine, and the tool is an Alps Tool PF-V1. The primary processing is completed inside the machine and finished outside the machine via conveyor. The cutting process includes one front hole φ2.4×1, three holes φ0.6×3, counterboring φ16.4, and outer diameter turning φ17 on the spindle side. On the sub side, it is chucked, and an example of processing the counterbored hole chamfering on the opposite side is done at four locations.
