An internal gear pump is a pump that operates using an internal gear mechanism, where an external gear and an internal gear mesh together and rotate while tracing a trochoidal curve. The products for transferring fuel oil use three special PTFE (Teflon®) seals and isolate the bearings from the oil. As a result, wear on the bearings is minimized, allowing for a long lifespan even during the discharge of waste oil. Additionally, the products for transferring chemical raw materials use two special PTFE (Teflon®) seals and fill the space between the seals with solvents or plasticizers, which completely blocks outside air and prevents the hardening caused by the contact of isocyanates with outside air.

★Features Due to the internal gear pump design, it is compact and capable of large volume discharge. It is less likely to shear the liquid, resulting in minimal changes in liquid quality. As an internal gear pump, it exhibits almost no pulsation. The noise level is lower compared to other pumps. It can transfer liquids ranging from low viscosity, like water, to high viscosity liquids of tens of thousands of mPas. It can increase pressure up to about 2.5 MPa. (Special specifications allow for even higher pressure capabilities.) (However, please consult in advance for low viscosity liquids below 30 mPas.) It can handle suction pressures up to 1 MPa. The PL type can be used for high-temperature liquids exceeding 120°C, and the WO type can be used for those exceeding 150°C. (Please consult in advance.) You can choose from a wide range of flow rates. (Approximately 1 L/min to about 117 L/min) Explosion-proof and outdoor special specifications are also available.
