The spindle bearings use high-rigidity, ultra-precision class bearings to enhance the precision of the spindle rotation system. The main structural components (column, bed, saddle, table) are made of high-rigidity box-type frame construction with a rational rib arrangement using high-quality cast iron, excelling in both static rigidity and dynamic rigidity (especially in vibration damping). The sliding surfaces for X, Y, and Z axes are finished with hardened grinding and are equipped with special liners for automatic forced intermittent lubrication, allowing for long-term maintenance of high precision.
