As common specifications for standard products, the following are noted: 1. For SMF (Single Mode Fiber), the coating materials include acrylate, polyimide, ORMOCER, fluoropolymer, carbon, and others. 2. The applicable signal light wavelength is centered around the 1.5μm band, with compatibility for the 1.3μm band, 0.85μm band, and other specified wavelengths. 3. FBG can be provided as a standalone unit or with mounting housing and packaging options. 4. Connector installation is possible. 5. Specifications for the number of FBGs, their positions, total product length, and fiber pig tail length can be customized. Additionally, we also manufacture custom products applicable to special fibers such as radiation-resistant fibers, multi-core fibers, pure silica cores, and resin fibers. FBG processing may utilize existing phase mask exposure or maskless methods depending on the manufacturer and product, and there are high-reliability, high-weather-resistance products available through a direct exposure process without fiber coating stripping and re-coating.
